White Howlite is a meditation stone and used to focus the mind. It is believed the grey lines running through it are intrusive thoughts that are acknowledged and passed by. Howlite is also used to assist insomniacs in getting restful sleep by placing it under their pillow. It resonates with the third eye and crown chakra and is said to assist in remembering our past lives.
